Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late VICENTE ELIVAREZ, has left a parcel of land known as Lot 1023-B-1, Psd-06-031052 covered by TCT No. EP 27273 (Registered in the name of Nida Peña married to Vicente Alivarez), situated in Brgy. Matagnop, Dao, Capiz, containing an area of 17,522 Sqm., more or less. That the parties hereto are all of legal age, with full capacity to contract and that pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the HEIRS-SELLERS of the deceased hereby extrajudicially SETTLE and PARTITION unto themselves the above-mentioned property EQUALLY. That the HEIRS-SELLER, whose personal circumstances are mentioned in the deed, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred
Thousand (Php 300,000.00) Pesos, Philippine Currency, to them in hand paid by SPOUSES JULIET A. LENCIO AND RICKY E. LENCIO, hereinafter referred to as
the “BUYERS” and receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to them entire and complete satisfaction do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, unto the above-mentioned “BUYERS”, all their shares/interest in the above-stated property, their heirs and assigns and successors-in-interest, free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.
