Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late JOSE ANDRADA POTATO JR., has left a parcel of land known as Lot 2834-B, Psd-283819 covered by TCT No. T-34791, situated at Brgy. Loctugan, Roxas City, Capiz, containing an area of 445 sq.m., more or less. That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Rules of Court, parties hereby ADJUDICATE UNTO THEMSELVES all rights and properties stated above belonging to the estate of late by means of this DEED and file the same with the Register of Deeds of Capiz/ the appropriate office with the request that said adjudication be made effective without judicial proceedings as prescribed by the aforementioned Rules of Court. That further, Parties hereafter for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 100,000.00) Philippine Currency, in full, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and to the entire satisfaction of heir, therefore by virtue of these presents, Parties hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, by way of Absolute Sale unto the said SPS. Marylou Potato Mejorada & Nathaniel Pichay Mejorada, her heirs successors, and assigns the portion of the above her shares, interests, rights, participations, and ownership, as adjudicated over
