Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late JOENITO P. DONDIEGO, who died on February 28, 2022 at Roxas City, was left a parcels of land known as Lot No. 8, PCS-06-004953, covered by TCT No. 097-2016001122 containing an area of 516 sq.m. more or less and Lot No. 7, PCS-06-004953, covered by TCT No. 097-2016001123 containing an area of 514 sq.m. more or less, both properties are situated in Brgy.Cogon, Roxas City, Capiz. That the Heirs- Donors do hereby freely, knowingly, and voluntarily Transfer and Convey, by way of donation, all their rights, shares, interests and participation over abovementioned parcels of land in favor of Maria Teresa D. Otomo represented by Socorro Andrada Duno under Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement with Donation executed by and between the heirs on November 10, 2023 and entered under notarial registry of Atty. Edryl B. Ranido a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz, as per Doc. No. 482; Page No. 98; Book No. I; Series of 2023.
