Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late NILO VILLAGRACIA has left Three (3) parcels of lands more particularly described as follows: Lot 436-Y-1, Psd-06-031542, covered with TCT No. CLOA – 22382, situated in the Barangay of Malocloc Norte, Municipality of Ivisan, Capiz containing an area of (30,000) Sqm. more or less; Lot 11-M, Psd- 061905-023120, covered by TCT No. 089-2011000210, situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Ivisan, Capiz containing an area of (395) Sqm. more or less; Lot 11-D, Psd-061905-023120 covered by TCT No. T-25258, situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Ivisan, Capiz
containing an area of (676) Sqm. more or less. The said deceased also was an account holder in the Bank
of the Philippine Island Plaridel, Roxas Branch with an Account No. 001103-4112-85. That in accordance
with Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the heirs/parties hereby adjudicate between and among themselves in
equal share pro indiviso, over the said properties their shares and rights including the Bank deposit of the said bank. Entered under notarial registry of Atty.
