Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPOUSES SIXTO P. FADUGA and
SALVACION F. FADUGA, has left a parcels of land known as Lot No. 2542, Pcs-30, covered by TCT No.
P-2581, containing an area of 1,148 sq.m., more or less; Lot No. 2189, Pcs-30, covered by TCT No. P-2580,
containing an area of 4,363 sq.m., more or less and Lot No. 2196, Pcs- 30, covered by TCT No. T-16320, containing an area of 13, 949 sq.m., more or less, all the said parcels of land situated at Brgy. Duran, Dumalag, Capiz. That invoking Section 1 and 4 of Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the herein parties, hereby adjudicate and partition in pro indiviso share the above-described properties. That in the view of love, care and admiration, the, HEIRS/DONORS hereby WAIVES, CEDES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS all their ownerships, shares, participations and interests, over the above-mentioned properties to SPOUSES MONALYN F.
