Engine No.: KB508E084816; Chassis No.: KB508084816; Plate No.: 063610 and C.R. No.: 177816026.
That the surviving heir/spouse hereby adjudicate unto himself the abovementioned motorcycle, under
Deed of Self-Adjudication executed by the heir on March 15, 2024, Enter under notarial registry of Atty. Ely F. Azarraga, Jr. for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz, as per Doc. No.: 197; Page No.: 41; Book No.: IV and Series of 2024.
