Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late ROQUE DE VILLA and ROSA DE ASIS DE VILLA, leaving a parcel of land described as follows: Lot 6, Block 3, Psd-06-010698, TCT No. T-21057, Area: 74 sq.m. more or less, situated at Brgy. Cagay, Roxas City, Capiz, is subject of Deed of Self-Adjudication with Absolute Sale by their sole surviving heir. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, Eduardo A. De Villa, hereby agreed to adjudicate, settle the above-described parcel of land. Likewise, the said heir hereby absolutely Sell, Cede, Transfer and Convey the above-described property by way of simultaneous Deed of Absolute Sale with the sum of One Hundred Thousand (Php 100,000.00) Pesos Philippine Currency, unto the Vendee, Reno D.
