Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late FEDERICO O. FLORES and ALICIA J. FLORES, has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 1157, Cadm-527-D covered by OCT NO. P-5584 situated in
Maninang, Sapian, Capiz, containing an area of 12,469 Sqm., more or less. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the heir hereto have agreed as she hereby do so adjudicate the above-described parcel of land unto herself, subject however, to contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs or other person who might have been
deprived of their lawful participation of the estate of the decedents for a period of two (2) years from and after the settlement and distribution thereof in accordance with the provision of Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court. That, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by her, the sole surviving heir, she do hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE and CONVEY in a manner of absolute and irrevocable her rights, interest and shares unto and in favour of her cousins, SPOUSES RUEL I. FLORES, and LIZA CRISTETA B. FLORES, the
PORTION of the property with an area of Four Thousand Fifty (4,050) Sqm., more or less. That in the
event that may other properties of the decedent should ever be found not included herein above, she hereto further agree as she do so agree to settle and distribute the same in like
manner and proportion as herein established and disposed. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Sheila
