THERE were 68 dengue cases in Roxas City as of June 20, the City Health Office reported.
Topping the list was Brgy. Mongpong with seven, followed by Milibili and Bolo with five.
City Health Officer Dr. Lory Cahilog recalled that the highest record of dengue cases in Roxas was during the outbreak in 2019 with 232.
She also said that the haven of mosquitoes is open spaces, dirty environment, and water deposits.
CHO has already started its measures to mitigate the dengue cases in the locality.*
