The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) recognized the Provincial Government of
Capiz for its exceptional achievements in labor initiatives.
Under the leadership of Governor Fredenil Castro and the assistance of Public Employment
Service Office (PESO) Manager John Leo Marco D. Beldia, Capiz was honored as the Best
Implementor of Labor Market Information (LMI) and the Governor Internship Program (GIP).
PESO Capiz ranked among the top three local government units (LGUs) for job vacancies
recorded in the PESO Employment Information System (PEIS) and for conducting the most job
fairs.
