Edalyn B. Acta, operations manager of The Capiz Times, is one of the awardees for outstanding media partners in Western Visayas of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
Acta is awarded in the print media category for significant contribution as “Social Protection champion through passionate and committed service in disseminating information for the advancement of the lives of the poor, vulnerable, and disadvantaged families in Western Visayas” in 2025. (DSWD-6)
