DUMALAG, CAPIZ — Residents of Dumalag have benefited from the Balay Kabalaka project of the Capiz provincial government.
Among them were couple Grace Lipura and Jomar Manuel from San Miguel, whose house was turned over on April 10.
The couple, who have three children, harvests corn for a living.
They said they are grateful to be beneficiaries of the project.
Another beneficiary was Rudy Geronda of Purok 2 Sto. Niño.
Geronda said that he hopes more people could benefit from the project.*
