Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late JESUS OPANTO and CONSUELO PONSARAN OPANTO, has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 593, CAD-527-D, declared under Tax Declaration No. 09-0972 and covered by OCT No. P-11717 in the name of Hrs. of Jesus Opanto, situated in Brgy. Majanlud, Sapian, Capiz containing an area of 37,690 Sqm., more or less. That the abovenamed heirs of JESUS OPANTO have WAIVED, RENOUNCED, RELIQUISHED, AND QUITCLAIM in favor of their sibling NELIDA O. OLANDIO a portion (Lot 593-A), consisting of 3,769 Sqm., more or less, of the above-described parcel of land. That the above-named heirs of JESUS OPANTO have sold to JEAN V. LAGUDA, married to Rodel B. Laguda, a portion (Lot 593-B), consisting of 30,152 Sqm., more or less, of the above-described parcel of land. That the above-named heirs of JESUS OPANTO have WAIVED, RENOUNCED, RELIQUISHED, AND QUITCLAIM in favor of their sibling GERARDO P. OPANTO, a portion (Lot 593-C), consisting of 3,769 Sqm., more or less of the abovedescribed parcel of land. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Soteo G.
