situated at Brgy. Dinginan, Roxas City with an area of 1,794 sq.m,; Lot 2160- A-2, Psd-06-064258,covered by TCT EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE No.089-2020000018 situated at Brgy. Poblacion Tabuc, Mambusao, Capiz with an area of 200 sq.m more or less; Lot 961-P, Csd-06-016541 covered by TD No. 025-0715 with an area of 334 sq.m. more or less; Lot 962 covered by TD No. 025-0164 with an area of
139,868 sq.m.more or less and Lot 90-A covered by TD No. 01-0710 with an area of 417 sq.m. more or less. That the parties do hereby adjudicate unto themselves in equal shares the above-described properties under Extra –judicial Settlement of Estate executed among the heirs on July 14, 2023 and entered under notarial registry of Atty. Vicente Atlas R. Catalan a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz, as per Doc. No. 274; Page No. 56; Book No. 74; Series of 2023.
