The said deceased has left a parcels of land known as Lot 1352-B-1, Psd-06-068986, covered by TCT NO. T-39458 situated at Brgy.
Candu-al, Panay, Capiz, containing an area of 275 sq.m., more or less; Lot 49-A, Psd-265698, covered by TCT NO. T-15094 situated at Brgy. Ilawod, Panay, Capiz, containing an area of 399 sq.m., more or less and Lot 1352- B-4, Psd-06-068986, covered by TCT NO. T-39461 situated at Brgy. Candu- al, Panay, Capiz, containing an area of 56,363 sq.m., more or less. That pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines, and with full capacity to contract, the children and compulsory heirs do hereby adjudicate unto themselves in equal shares the aforesaid parcels of land.
