Notice is hereby given that CORNELIO S. LAUDERES who died intestate on June 23, 2020 at Manila Doctors Hospital. The said deceased has left two (2) condo units: Unit 520, 5th Floor Tower 1, 34th Street Corner 9th Avenue Avida Towers Verte Bonifacio Global City, Taguig and Unit 621, 6th Floor Avida Towers One Union Place Tower 1,Brgy. Western Bicutan, Taguig City. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and invoking the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto have agreed as they hereby do so agree to settle, divide, partition and adjudicate the above estate unto themselves in equal share.
