Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late CELESTINO CALVEZ CORROS who died on May 13, 2018 at Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines and TERESA CERADO-CORROS who died June 11, 2022 at Roxas City respectively, and left a parcel of land known as Lot 3777 covered by TCT No. T-13966 situated at Brgy. Liong, Roxas City, Capiz with an area of 17, 083 sq.m., more or less and Lot No. 3497, covered by TCT No. T-43168 situated at Mun. of Capiz with an area of 21, 399 sq.m., more or less. That the parties hereby adjudicate over the same in equal share the said parcel of land. The EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT was executed by the parties and entered under notarial registry of Atty. Vincent Dela Torre Cerado on September 26, 2023, a notary public for the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 142; Page No. 30; Book No. III; Series of 2023.
