Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late RENATO B. BAYHON who died on May 6, 2022
at Roxas City, Capiz and TERESITA B. BAYHON, who died on September 13, 2019 at Roxas City, has left a
parcel of land known as LOT 31, Block 2, PSD-06-034269 covered by TCT NO. T-38367 situated at Brgy. Tanque, Roxas City, containing an area of 150 sq.m., more or less. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revise Rules of Court of
the Philippines, the parties hereto have agreed as they do so agree to adjudicate unto themselves the parcel of land described above in equal shares. That for and in consideration with the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Ph. 350,000.00) Philippine Currency, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged in full sum from Elvie Billoso Farinas, they do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, CONVEY and DELIVER by way of ABSOLUTE SALE, herein referred to as BUYER.
