Notice is hereby given that the estate of the following intestate, the late ELPIDIO DICHOSA and Eufemia Infante-Dichosa; Nelly Dichosa Facundo and Leonardo Facundo and Precila Dichosa Bacalocos and Claro
B. Bacalocos was left a 3/4 portion of parcel of land known as Lot No. 572, covered by OCT No. 0-417 situated at Brgy. Mabini and Torres Bugalon, Pilar, Capiz, containing an area of 50, 216 sq.m., more or less. That the heirs of the said intestates are hereby agreed to divide and partition over the said 3/4 parcel of land or equivalent to 37,661 more or less. Likewise, the said heirs do hereby sell, transfer and convey byway of absolute sale above-describe property in the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 600,000.00), Philippine Currency, unto the vendees Rubie Ann A. Bearneza married to Ervin Christian Bearneza and Herbert B. Arbatin married to Maria Lourdes Felisa Arbatin. The heirs was executed an Exta-Judicial Settlement of Estate with Absolute Sale and entered under the notarial registry of Atty. Kheynan
