14, 1988 at, Iloilo City and was left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 5407-A, Psd-06-04364 with an area of 332 sq.m., covered by TCT No. T-30578, situated at Municipality of Dao, Capiz. That the parties do hereby Adjudicated unto themselves the over described property and off ered to sell unto vendee SPS. Jimmy E. Quintia & Ma. Cherry Pie A. Quintia in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos only (P50,000.00) under an Extra-judicial Settlement of estate with Absolute Sale executed by the parties on July 19, 2022 and entered with notarial registry of Atty. Judgee Earl Ross Del Castillo a notary public for the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 66; Page No. 15; Book No. CXXXII, Series of 2022.
