Notice is hereby given that DONATO FIRMO SR., who died intestate on September 14, 2005 at Dumalag, Capiz. The said deceased has left a parcel of land known as Lot 1883, Psc-30, under OCT No. P-15555, situated at Brgy. Sta. Monica, Dumalag, Capiz, with an area of 12,828 SQ.M. more or less. That pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and being with full capacity to contract the heirs as the surviving wife and children, do hereby ADJUDICATE unto themselves the afore-described property. The Heirs (as VENDORS), for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledge by them to their full and complete satisfaction, they do hereby sell transfer and convey the above-described parcel of land , to and in favor of SPS. DONATO F. FIRMO and MARIDEL F. FIRMO (as VENDEES). Entered under
