Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late NORBERTO BENGAN has been extra-judicially settled by and among his heirs as per EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND PARTITION AGREEMENT executed on February 19, 2019 and entered as per Doc. 222, Page No.46 Book No. VIII, Series of 2019 of notarial registry of Atty. Sheila Arenajo-Artillero, a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz.
