Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late LORETO BERSUSA, leaving a conjugal share in parcel of land described as follows: Lot No. 2810-B, TCT No. T-15767, Area: 560 sq.m., more or less, situated in Poblacion, Cuartero, Capiz, subject for Extra-judicial Settlement of Estate with Waiver & Quitclaim executed by the heirs on Aug. 25, 2026 at Roxas City, Capiz and was stated in the said document that the heirs do hereby settle and adjudicate pro-indiviso among themselves the said conjugal share above-described and they intend to waive and quitclaim without consideration their rights, shares and interests over the said lot to Ma. Lorefe B. Henderin married to Rowen Henderin. Entered as per Doc. No. 154, Page No. 32, Book No. XIII, Series of 2026, Doc. Stamp No. 10021063, under the Notary Public of Atty. Shaira C. Bataga-Falcis, for and in the City of Roxas and Municipalities within the Jurisdiction of the Court of the first Judicial District of Capiz.
