Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late ROSEMIA BAO PUNDATO who died on December
9, 2020 has left a debt/obligation consisting of personal property, more particularly described as 2018
FORD RANGER WILDTRAK 3.2L 4X4 MT with Serial/Chassis No. P5AT2594469, Motor/Engine No. P5AT2594469, color gray under Plate No. 130103. That the heirs of the said estate, upon settlement of the said debt obligation they hereby adjudicate among themselves equal-undivided shares of the said property. Likewise, the heirs hereby executing affidavit of Extra-Judicial Settlement and published to a newspaper with general circulation in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz to request the Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank) to allow them to claim the said collateral documents upon fully paid of the loan
