Notice is hereby given that JAIME OXENIOLA., who died intestate on October 1, 2003 at Brgy. Dapdapan, Sapian, Capiz. The said deceased has left a parcel of land known as Lot 245 Cad-527-D covered by OCT No. P-9409, situated at Brgy. Dapdapan, Sapian, Capiz, with an area of 5,729 sq. m., more or less. That pursuant to Sec. 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, the surviving heirs hereby
adjudicate unto themselves, in equal shares, Ownership, Title and Interests over the above-described parcel of land. That in for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (236,800.00), Philippine Currency, to them in hand paid to their full satisfaction by Eliseo A. Odfeminina, that Elberto O. Oxeniola and Lourdes O. Gallofi n, hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY they do hereby acknowledges by the parties and hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the VENDEE, a portion consisting of 296 sq.m., more or less of the said parcel of land. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Soteo G. Gardose, a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz as per Doc. No.: 271, Page No.: 56, Book No. XCI and Series of 2023.
