Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ALBERTO CAÑAS has left a parcel of land
known as Lot No. 3133-B-12-B-8 (LRA) Psd409705, covered by TCT No. T-58938, situated Barrio of
Cabugao, Capiz, containing an area of 1,555 sq.m., more or less. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revise Rules of Court of the Philippines, the parties hereto have agreed as they do so agree to divide and partition the one-
half 1⁄2 portion of the above-describe parcel of land. That in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand (Php260,000.00) Pesos,
Philippine Currency, do hereby acknowledges by the parties, and hereby SELL, TRANSFER and
CONVEY, by way of Absolute Sale unto the VENDEE, HERJIE DE GUZMAN CABANTUGAN, legal
age, her heirs, successors, and assigns the above-describe parcel of land, free from all liens and encumbrances. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Kheynan C.
