EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATEWITH DEED OF EXCHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late MILAGROS A. DE OCAMPO has left a parcel of land known as Lot 5, Blk. 7, Pcs- 061912-001930, covered by TCT No. 26558, situated Poblacion, Pontevedra, Capiz, containing an area of 330 sq.m., more or less. That GABRIEL B. JOLO, hereinafter referred as the SECOND PARTY, intended to purchase the property described, to which the FIRST PARTY agreed but the latter inadvertently sold via a Deed of Absolute Sale to the former another property different from what they have agreed upon which property the First Party likewise owns in fee simple with the said property situated at Poblacion, Pontevedra, Capiz, Philippines and more particularly described Lot No. 7, Block 7, Pcs- 0619-12-001930 covered by TCT No. T-26361, situated at Pontevedra, Capiz, containing an area of 330 sq.m, more or less , issued by the Register of Deeds for Gabriel B. Jolo. That both parties have voluntarily agreed by and between themselves to exchange the properties as above described in order to their true and actual agreement. That for and in consideration of the above premises the First Party hereby cedes, transfer and conveys unto the Second Party the real property first described above and the Second Party likewise hereby cedes, transfers and conveys unto the First Party the other real property described free from all liens and encumbrances.
