Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPOUSES REYNALDO ILAGAN AND
VIOLETA JARENCIO-ILAGAN has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 2318-F, Lot 2621, Csd-06-002928,
covered by Original Certificate of Title No. P-8571 situated in Brgy. Mianay, Sigma, Capiz containing an area of 47,642 sq.m. more or less. Pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, JOELUZAR J. JAMIAS, REYNALDO J. ILAGAN JR., MA. ANA ILAGAN-MILLA and LORENZO J. ILAGAN, being with full capacity to contract, they do hereby adjudicate unto themselves the land described above, subject to
the reservations provided for under Sec. 4 of Rule 74. That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P120,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to their entire and complete satisfaction from JOERJEAN B. SIBANTA, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY all their rights, shares, interests, claim and partition over the above mentioned
