PERION, leaving a parcel of land described as follows: Lot 9, Block 7, TCT No. T-48218, T-482208, T-48222, Area: 76 sq.m. more or less, situated at Mercedes D. Panganiban Homeowners Association Inc., Sitio Santo Niño, Brgy. Baybay, Roxas City, Capiz is subject on Extra-judicial Settlement of Real Estate by her heirs. That for and in consideration of the foregoing, the parties hereby agree to settle, divide, distribute, and adjudicate among themselves. For the love and affection of Bernadette V. Perion she hereby Waived, Relinquished all their rights, interests and participation in the above-mentioned property in favor of Christine Joy V. Perion. Entered as per Doc. No. 80, Page No. 17, Book No. XXII, Series of 2026 under the Notary Public of Atty. Marites Dela-Pieza Layo, for and in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz.
