Niño New Road Hoa, Inc., Brgy. Mongpong, Roxas City, Capiz covered by TCT No. T43974 containing an area of 57 sq.m., more or less. That the parties herein desire to settle, divide , distribute, and adjudicate among themselves the estate of the deceased accordance with the provisions of the Rules of Court. Ricardo T. Abool, Ricardo T. Abool Jr., Clint Ryan V. Abool, Christian Paolo V. Abool & Rita Grace V. Abool do hereby WAIVE,
TRANSFER, CONVEY and ASSIGN unto Mary Rose Peral Basto all their rights, interests and participation over the aforesaid property as she is able, competent and willing to assume all their rights, obligations, and interests with the Homeowners Association in connection with abovementioned lot.
