Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ROLANDO BORREROS LABTO and NORMA BUSTILLO LABTO has been extra-judicially settled by among their heirs as per EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE WITH ABSOLUTE SALE executed on May 28, 2021 and entered as per Doc. 457, Page No. 93, Book No. XCIII, Series of 2021 of notarial registry of Atty. Sheila Arenajo-Artillero, a notary public for the Province of Capiz.
