Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late CONRADO DELA TORRE a.k.a. CONRADO DE
LA TORRE, who died on February 18, 1943 at Cogon, Panitan, Capiz, and SINFROSA DAIS-DELA TORRE,
who died on April 09, 1942 at Panitan , Capiz respectively, was left a parcel of land known as Lot 1668, covered by OCT No. RO-5755, situated at Brgy. Cogon, Municipality of Panitan, Capiz, with an area of 8,376 sq.m., more or less. That the heirs, do hereby SELL, CEDE, Transfer and CONVEY property in the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (Php300,000.00) Pesos, Philippine Currency, unto the Vendee, CLARITA DIAZ DEVELOS married to GILBERTO D. DEVELOS under Extra-Judicial Settlement Of The Estate With Absolute Sale executed between the on September 07, 2023 and entered under notarial registry of Atty. Rodriguez D. Dadivas notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz, as per Doc. No. 344; Page No. 70; Book No. CVI; Series of 2023.
