Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ALEJO G. BARROS and LAGRIMAS CASTILLO-BARROS has left a parcels of land known as Lot No. 2237-C, Psd-06-071419, covered by TCT No. T-39601, situated at Brgy. Casanayan, Pilar, Capiz, containing an area of 7,286 sq.m., more or less; Lot No. 2235-A, Psd-06-008262 identical to Lot 4299, Cad-248, covered by Katibayan ng Original na Titulo Blg. 17641, situated at Pilar, Capiz, containing an area of 8,079 sq.m., more or less and Lot No. 2617, Cad-248, covered by Katibayan ng Original na Titulo Blg. 16225, situated at Pilar, Capiz, containing an area of 1,077 sq.m., more or less. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and invoking the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revise Rules of Court of the Philippines, the parties hereto have agreed as they do so agree to divide, and partition the above described parcel of land.
