Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late MANSUETO DELOS SANTOS DAQUIN who died on September 25, 2013 at Brgy. Agustin, Dasmariñas, Cavite and left one-half (1/2) share in parcel of land known as Lot 52, Bsd-06-005082 covered by TCT No. CLOA-18196 with an area of 7, 212 sq.m., more or less. That the parties hereby adjudicate and partition in said described property, and in the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00), Philippine Currency, the said property do hereby Sell, Transfer and Convey unto the Vendee Rudias D. Daquin. The EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE EXECUTED among the heirs was entered under notarial registry of Atty. Irene Bianca B. Distura on September 20, 2023, a notary public for the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 216; Page No. 45; Book No. X; Series of 2023.
