Notice is hereby given that the estate of the late ULDARICO DELMO, leaving a parcel of land described as follows: Lot No. 263, Psd-06-044246 (AR), being a portion of Lot 1, Plan II 7295, TCT No. CLOA-13053, Area: 10,001 sq.m., more or less, situated in Brgy. Viscaya, Pres. Roxas, Capiz, subject for Extra-judicial Settlement of the Intestate Estate with Deed of Absolute Sale executed by the heirs on May 19, 2026 at Roxas City, Capiz and was stated in the said document that the heirs hereby agreed to adjudicate among themselves the afore-mentioned parcel of land pro-indiviso shares and they do hereby Sell, Cede, Transfer all their rights and interest over the aforementioned lot with the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php250,000.00), Philippine Currency in favor of Spouses Arnold Baltazar & Kathryne Acolola-Baltazar, herein represented by their Attorney-in-Fact, Mary Jane Uy Guillermo. Entered as per Doc. No. 168, Page No. 35 Book No. XV, Series of 2026 under the Notary Public of Atty. Edreilyn G. Dinero, for and in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz.
