Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late Spouses LEOPOLDO CERVALES and BEATRIZ VILLAR CERVALES, who died intestate and without debt on July 2, 1994 and November 28, 2019 both at San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan respectively, was left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 2669- I-5, Psd-06-057579, covered by TCT No. T-44848, situated in Brgy. Bolo, Roxas City, Capiz containing an area of 491 sq.m. more or less. That the Heirs-Sellers do hereby Sell, Cede, Transfer all their rights and interest over the described property in the EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE INTESTATE ESTATE WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE sum of Php 150,000.00 Philippine Currency in favor of Spouses John Ray L. Bialen and Rachelle M. Bialen under Extra-Judicial Settlement of the Intestate Estate with Deed of Absolute Sale executed by and between the heirs on September 5, 2023 and Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Emilyn D. Arboleda-Depon a notary public for the Province of Capiz and in the City of Roxas as per Doc. No. 242; Page No. 50;Book No. XXX; Series of 2023.
