Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late CESAR GINTURO and ELANA G. GINTURO has left a parcel land with TCT No. P-11308 (Lot No.1340, Pls-998) situated in the Brgy. of San Miguel Ilaya, Mun. of Tapaz, Capiz containing an area of (47, 214) Sqm. more or less. That pursuant to the Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, heirs of the said deceased hereby adjudicate unto themselves and in the amount of (200,000) the parties hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of ABSOLUTE SALE in favor of EDITHA N. SONON the above mentioned parcel land. Entered under notarial registry of Atty.
