Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late RAYMUND A. MARTE, who died on September 12, 2023 at St. Anthony’s College Hospital, Roxas City, Philippines was left a several bank accounts in Development Bank of the Philippines Certificate of Deposit No. 1535200 with Account No. 0770-396892-100 and Development Bank of the Philippines Savings Deposit with Account No. 00-5-27368-770-0. That the compulsory heirs hereby Appoint and Designate as their Attorney-In- Fact, Mr. Martin Gerard J. Marte to appear, represent, sign, execute necessary documents and cause the release of the money in the said accounts for himself and in behalf of all other compulsory as listed under Extra-Judicial Settlement with Appointment of an Attorney-In-Fact and Undertaking executed by the parties on October 9, 2023 and entered under notarial registry of Atty. Frank Levi C. Ugsad, a notary public for and in the City of Marikina City, as per Doc. No. 430; Page No. 86; Book No. 101; Series of 2023.
