Notice is hereby given that MIGUEL BERING BINONDO died intestate on March 24, 1999 at Teodoro Arcenas Trade Center, Roxas City and JULIA BERNALDEZ BINONDO who died on December 26, 1978 at Capiz Emmanuel Hospital respectively. The said deceased were left a parcel of land known as Lot 288
under Tax Declaration No. 002-0417 situated at Pob. Ilaya, Panay, Capiz with an area of Five Hundred Ninety Four (594) SQ.M. more or less. The said property was hereby settle and adjudicate among themselves by their sole surviving heirs namely, Armando B. Binondo and Maria Armi Binondo-Tejada. Likewise, the said heirs hereby absolutely SELL, CEDE TRANSFER and CONVEY the said property in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos in favor to REBECCA B. BUARON by executing Extra-Judicial Settlement with Absolute Sale. Entered under the Notarial Registry of Atty. Rodriguez D. Dadivas a Notary Public for Roxas City and Province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 375, Page No. 76, Book No. CV1, series of 2023.
