DAGUDAG, who died intestate November 28, 2007 at Manila Doctors hospital, Ermita, Manila. The said deceased has left a parcel of land known as Lot 168, under TCT No. T-4099, situated at Poblacion, Pontevedra, Capiz, with an area of 2,679 sq.m,. more or less. That the surviving heir are being of all legal age and with capacity to contract, hereby by theses presents agreed to adjudicate, as he hereby adjudicate for himself the afore-mentioned parcel of land. Malinao at a rate of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php1,950,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Heir-Seller to his entire satisfaction provided.
