Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ALFREDO B.BORBON and FELISA DESACA
BORBON, has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 1700, Cad-248 covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal
na Titulo Blg. P-14689, situated in Melecio Figueroa, Pilar,Capiz, containing an area of 20,442 Sqm.,more or less. That invoking Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the heirs, hereby extra-judicially settle and adjudicate unto themselves the above-mentioned estate, subject to reservations provided under Sec. 4, Rule 4 of the Rules of Court. Futher, the heirs do hereby agree to transfer all their rights, shares, interests and participations over the above-mentioned parcel of land by way of Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of DONNA MAE B. BOURQUE, married to REMIALLARD-BOURQUE, unto her heirs and assigns free from all liens and encumbrances. FURTHER, the heirs hereby acknowledges receipt of the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) Philippine Currency as consideration thereof. Entered under notarial registry of Atty.
