EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH SALE

Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late PURITA C. GLEYO, has left a parcel of land
surveyed under Psu-144773, covered by OCT No. P-8803, situated at Tapaz, Capiz, containing an area of 30,637 sq.m., more or less. That invoking the provisions under Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, ROMEO C. GLEYO and TARCELA GLEYO GABUNAS, the herein signatories hereby SETTLE, ADJUDICATE and
PARTITION among themselves the above-described parcel of land in PRO INDIVISO equal shares purposely for their mutual benefits and convenience. That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 200,000.00), Philippine Currency in hand paid to them by JAN BLEST C. PRUDENTE, of legal age, receipt of which they hereby acknowledged to their total satisfaction, on the date of the execution of this instrument they hereby CEDE, SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE SALE unto said JAN BLEST C. PRUDENTE, his heirs and assigns the above-described parcel of land, free from all liens and encumbrances. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Rodriguez D.
