Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ELPIDIO BORADO, has left a one-half (1/2)
undivided share of a parcel of land known as Lot No. 2364-A of the subdivision plan Psd-68033 covered by TCT No. T-15614 situated in Gen. Flores, Pilar, Capiz, containing an area of 34,875 Sqm., more or less. That therefore, and invoking Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereby extra-judicially settle and adjudicate unto themselves, subject to reservations provided for under Section 4 of Rule 74.
That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTHY THOUSAND PESOS (P150,000.00), Philippines Currency, paid to their entire satisfaction by SONELYN BARRIO RYAN, married to Richard Anthony Ryan, do, by these presents, SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, absolutely and irrevocable
unto the said SONELYN BARRIO RYAN, her heirs, successors and assigns an undivided portion with an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (1,200) sqm., more or less, of the above parcel of land, free
