Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPOUSES PEDRO VILLA and TRINIDAD SOLIS VILLA has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 265, Pls-527-D, situated at Linambasan, Jamindan, Capiz containing an area of 9, 995 sq.m. more or less. That invoking Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the
surviving heirs hereby extra-judicially settle and adjudicate unto themselves the above parcel of land, subject to the reservations for under Sec. 4, Rule of 74. That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P150,000.00), Philippine Currency, paid to their entire satisfaction by SPOUSES RENE BOY V. VILLASIS and GRACE CLAR VILLASIS, do by these presents hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, absolutely and irrevocably unto the said late Spouses, their heirs, successors and assigns the above describe parcel of land free from all liens and encumbrances.
