Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late LORDELINO FERNANDO, has left a parcel of land known as Lot 1734-B-2-A, Psd-06-047604, covered by TCT No. T-31018, situated at Brgy. Consolacion, Dumalag, Capiz, containing an area of 180 sq.m., more or less. That invoking Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, Dulla Fernando and John Paul Fernando hereby extra-judicially settle and adjudicate unto themselves the one- half (1/2) undivided share of the late in the above-described parcel of land
subject to the reservations provide for under Sec. 4 and Rule 74. That for and in consideration of the sum
of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 50,000.00), Philippine Currency, paid to their entire satisfaction by Jues A. Fortaleza, of legal age, do, by these presents, SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, absolutely and irrevocably unto the said Jues A. Fortaleza, his heirs, successors and assigns the whole of the above-
described parcel of land, free from all liens and encumbrances. Entered under notarial registry of Atty.
