Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPOUSES MANUEL A. DEL CAMPO and
SALVACION Q. DEL CAMPO who died on May 24, 1991 and April 20, 1995 at Pontevedra, Capiz,
respectively, was left the following properties: Lot No. 2553-B-2 with an area of 2,354 sq.m.; Lot 2553-B-5,
with area of 50,000 sq.m.: Lot 2553- B-10 with an area of 3,458 sq.m. and Lot 2553-B-11 with an area of 422 sq.m. all are situated at Aglimocon, Maayon, Capiz, covered by TCT No. 089-2010000118. That the parties are hereby WAIVE, QUITCLAIM, and RENOUNCE all their rights, interests, claims and participations over the said properties in favor of their brother, Robert Q. Del Campo, married to Cecil C. del Campo under an Extra- Judicial Settlement with waiver executed by the parties on September 12, 2023 under notarial registry of Atty. Rodriguez D. Dadivas, a notary public for the City of Roxas, Province
of Capiz as per Doc. No. 359; Page No. 73; Book No. CVI ; Series of 2023.
