Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ROSARIO BARRERA PACIS, BRIGIDA PACIS AMPARO, FEDERICO BARRERA PACIS, JR., and ELIZABETH PACIS DISTURA has left 2 (Two) parcels lands with TCT No. T-17759 (Lot 2109-B-1, (LRC) Psd-285103), containing an area of (9,260) Sqm. more or less; TCT No. T-17760 (Lot 2109-B-1-B, Psd-06-003687) containing an area of (152,310) Sqm. more or less., both are situated in the Barrio of Sta.Fe, Pilar, Capiz. That the heirs of the said deceased hereby extra-judicially settle and adjudicate over the above-described estate in pro-indiviso sharing pursuant to Sec 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines. Likewise, all heirs also hereby waive, renounce and quitclaim
their share, right and participation over the above-described properties and hereby agreed and covenanted to CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto our remaining co-heirs/co owners, their heirs and assigns, the absolute and full ownership and possession over the above-described properties.
