Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ALFREDO C. DESLATE, who died on July 28, 2005 at Brgy. Timpas, Panitan, Capiz, has left two (2) parcels of land known as Lot No. 3342-B-4, Psd-06-033163 covered by TCT No. T-33320, containing an area of 1,579 Sqm., more or less and Lot No. 3342-C-1, Psd-06-054765 covered by TCT No. T-43279, containing an area of 4,579 Sqm., more or less. That the heirs adjudicate and partition the above- mentioned properties in the following manner, to wit:
TO: NOEL A. DESLATE – Lot No. 3342-B-4, Psd-033163 covered by TCT No. T-33320, situated in Brgy.
Jumaguicjic, Roxas City, containing an area of 1,579 Sqm., more or less;
TO: ARLY A. DESLATE – Lot No. 3342-C-1, Psd-06-054765 covered by TCT No. T-43279, situated in Brgy.
Jumaguicjic, Roxas City, with an area of 1,067.75 Sqm., more or less; and
TO: RIZALDO A. DESLATE – Lot No. 3342-C-1, Psd-06-054765 covered by TCT No. T-43279, situated in
Brgy. Jumaguicjic, Roxas City, with an area of 3,203.25 Sqm., more or less.
That the HEIRS, do hereby WAIVE, RELINGQUISH and RENOUNCE all their rights, shares and interest and participation over the said two (2) parcels of land in favor of Noel A. Deslate, Arly A. Deslate and Rizaldo A. Deslate, in accordance with the partition above-mentioned. Subject of Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement with Waiver of Rights before Atty. Gilbert A. Berjamin, a notary public for and in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz on March 20, 2023 as per Doc. No; 229; Page No. 117; Book No. CLV; Series of 2023.
