Notice is hereby given tha the intestate estate of the late ISABEL BASA VISTA, who died on
September 14, 2023 at St. Anthony College, Hospital, Roxas City, was left an Account/deposit with
Philippine National Bank (PNB), Roxas Avenue Branch under Account No.: 311860020522 with balance of
$1,875.49. That the parties hereto to Divide, Partition and Adjudicate among themselves the above described bank account. That Tehanie V. Billones, Marissa V. Bermejo, Jose B. Vista, Jaime B. Vista & Teresita V. Del Rosario, do hereby Waive, Renounce and Convey in a manner absolute and irrevocable unto their brother, Gerardo B. Vista, Jr., all their rights and interest over the above describe decedent’s bank account and they hereby request the PNB, Roxas Avenue Branch, to release the balance of the said deposit account in favor of their brother, Gerardo B. Vista, Jr., under Extra-Judicial Settlement with Waiver of Rights and Deed of Undertaking executed by and between among the heirs on March 21, 2024.
