Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late EDWIN D. BOLAÑO, has left an estate consisting of a bank account maintained with METROPOLITAN BANK & TRUST COMPANY (METROBANK) branch of Roxas Avenue, Roxas City, with an Account No. 141-3-14134598-3 and a balance of Fifty Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Two Pesos and Eighty Six Centavos (P53, 252.86) plus interest accruing. That for and in consideration of the love and affection to her daughter ERALYN C. BOLAÑO, LANIE C. BOLAÑO and for their sister, EROL C. BOLAÑO and LEAH ELLEONOR C. BOLAÑO, do hereby WAIVE all their rights, interest and participation in the above-described bank account in favor of their daughter/sister ERALYN C. BOLAÑO, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interests. That ERALYN C. BOLAÑO, hereby declare her acceptance of such donation in her favor, and express her sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the donors.
